Ironman 4x4 offers a line of 4WD suspension upgrades, engineered for off-road performance, weight-carrying capability, and daily comfort. Rather than just offering a one-size-fits-all lift, their systems cater to specific load demands (bullbars, winches, heavy rear loads) and driving styles.

Shock Absorber Options

The core of their suspension range comes down to four main shock absorber technologies:

• Nitro Gas: Entry-level twin-tube, nitrogen-gas-charged shocks. Great for budget-conscious drivers and daily vehicles that do light to moderate off-roading.

• Foam Cell: Uses a micro-cellular foam sleeve impregnated with oil instead of pressurized gas. This eliminates oil aeration (cavitation), keeps temps lower, and ensures consistent damping on long corrugated tracks.

• Foam Cell Pro: Their flagship heavy-duty shock. Features massive bodies (up to 72mm), thick piston rods, and high oil volume. Rebuildable, highly durable, and used by commercial fleets and military applications.

• IM2.5 Monotube: High-performance 2.5-inch monotube shocks with internal floating pistons. Built with aircraft-grade aluminum bodies for superior heat dissipation, making them ideal for high-speed corrugated tracks and demanding off-road setups.

Springs & Support Components

Ironman 4x4 produces springs with multiple rate options (Performance, Constant Load, Heavy Duty):

• Coil Springs: Shot-peened and scragged to prevent sagging over time.

• Leaf Springs: Multi-leaf packs designed for load carrying and articulation.

• Torsion Bars: Heavy-duty options for older or solid-front vehicles carrying front bullbars or winches.

• Crossover / CUV Kits (ATS Line): Specialized lift kits tailored for crossovers like the Subaru Outback/Forester and Toyota RAV4.
